She’s been overseas enjoying some night life and promoting her new album, and early this morning, Lady GaGa was spotted leaving her hotel in London.

The “Just Dance” songstress emerged around 2:00am looking a bit worn out, and boarded her tour bus, headed for her next performance in Sheffield.

Last night, GaGa gave a high-energy crowd-pleasing performance at the Koko club in the Camden district of London, donning a plethora of sexy skimpy outfits as she sang through her set list.

And with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, Lady GaGa has some sexy plans in mind. She told MySpace she wants “a good **** and some carbohydrates. Good spaghetti and good sex.
